A qualified and experienced mediator, with over 10 years’ experience, I have a proven track record specialising in workplace disputes. Dealing with cases in both public and private sector organisations, involving employees at junior level right up to boardroom/director level.
Whether the dispute is at pre or post grievance/disciplinary process. I work with individuals and/or teams guiding personnel to re-build working relationships. Ultimately enabling staff and teams to become more productive, harmonious and therefore motivated in the workplace.
